What is the booking process?
Contact us by filling out the form here. Once we have confirmed that we are available the day of your wedding we will schedule a call to go over your wedding details. We also take this time to answer any questions you may have regarding the wedding packages or any of our services.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend that our couples book their wedding photography and videography services as soon as they have booked their venue.
Should I add another photographer or videographer to my package?
If your guest count is over 250 or if you have a large wedding party, we recommend adding an additional photographer/videographer to your package. This will allow us to stay on schedule the day of the wedding. Having two photographers or videographers will also allow us to capture multiple angles during the ceremony and other important moments the day of your wedding.
How many photos are included in my package?
You receive all the photos we take the day of your wedding. There is no limit. We typically deliver 600 to 1200 images. You will receive a link via email to your personalized gallery. You can use this link to download your photos in full resolution.
How long is the free couples session?
The couples (engagement) session is typically an hour long. You are welcome to bring a second outfit if you please. We can recommend a location depending on the type of scenery you are wanting. You will receive 40-60 edited images from the session. Once the editing process is complete you will receive a link via email to your personalized gallery. You can use this link to download your photos in full resolution.
Difference between the highlight video and Documentary Video?
The Highlight Video can be considered a trailer or recap of your wedding day. You can view a few examples by clicking here. This video can range from 4-8 minutes.
The Documentary Video includes the full length ceremony and speeches given during the reception.
How do payment plans work?
To reserve your date, a $400 partial retainer is due at booking. Our total retainer is $1,000, and the remaining $600 is added to your total balance, which can be split into interest-free monthly payments, with the final payment due on the 1st day of your wedding month. Final photos and films are delivered within 12–14 weeks after your wedding. Prefer a longer plan? We also offer an interest-free 12-month payment plan for our bundled photo + video packages, regardless of your wedding date. You’re welcome to pay off your balance early at any time—and deliverables are released once your balance is paid in full.
Is there any additional fees?
For weddings anywhere in Texas, we don’t charge a travel fee. For out-of-state celebrations (or any travel that requires flights, lodging, etc.), we’ll go over any necessary travel arrangements during our initial consultation so everything is clear and transparent upfront. Please note: listed prices do not include the 8.25% sales tax.
