What is the booking process?

Contact us by filling out the form here. Once we have confirmed that we are available the day of your wedding we will schedule a call to go over your wedding details. We also take this time to answer any questions you may have regarding the wedding packages or any of our services.

How far in advance should we book our wedding photography and videography services?

We recommend that most of our couples book their wedding photography and videography services at least 12 months in advance. This timeframe allows ample opportunity to schedule a couple's session before the big day and ensures that you have plenty of time to manage payments, leading to a more relaxed and stress-free wedding planning experience.

How many hours of coverage do I need for my wedding day?

The amount of coverage you need depends on the specific moments you want captured. For couples looking to have coverage starting from the ceremony onward, our 6 to 8 hour packages are ideal. However, if you want to include getting ready photos, first looks, and extensive reception coverage, we recommend our 10 to 12 hour packages.

Our 10-hour package is particularly popular, as it allows us to document most of the reception. Even if we can’t stay until the very end, we can arrange for a mock exit to capture that special moment in both photos and video. This ensures you have beautiful memories of your entire day.

Should I add another photographer or videographer to my package?

If your guest count is over 250 or if you have a large wedding party, we recommend adding an additional photographer/videographer to your package. This will allow us to stay on schedule the day of the wedding. Having two photographers or videographers will also allow us to capture multiple angles during the ceremony and other important moments the day of your wedding.

How many photos are included in my package?

You receive all the photos we take the day of your wedding. There is no limit. We typically deliver 600 to 1200 images. You will receive a link via email to your personalized gallery. You can use this link to download your photos in full resolution.

How long is the free couples session?

The couples (engagement) session is typically an hour long. You are welcome to bring a second outfit if you please. We can recommend a location depending on the type of scenery you are wanting. You will receive 40-60 edited images from the session. Once the editing process is complete you will receive a link via email to your personalized gallery. You can use this link to download your photos in full resolution.

Difference between the highlight video and Documentary Video?

The Highlight Video can be considered a trailer or recap of your wedding day. You can view a few examples by clicking here. This video can range from 4-8 minutes.

The Documentary Video includes the full length ceremony and speeches given during the reception.

How do payment plans work?

To reserve your wedding date, a partial deposit of $500 is required. The total deposit amounts to 50% of your package value. The remaining balance can be paid in equal monthly installments leading up to your wedding day.

Is there any additional fees?

For most locations in Texas, we do not charge a travel fee when our couples book our photo and video package bundles. If there are any travel fees associated with your wedding day, we will discuss them during our initial consultation to ensure clarity and transparency. The prices shown do not include the 8.25% sales taxes.
